A creative pause at the Equinox to reflect, realign, and seed what wants to grow
Twice each year, Earth pauses in a moment of rare balance. On the Spring Equinox, day and night briefly stand as equals as the light begins its steady return. Humans have long marked this turning as a time to reflect on the season that has passed and to listen for what is beginning to stir beneath the soil of our lives.
Seasonocracy is a two-hour creative playshop honoring this seasonal threshold. Through guided seasonal reflection, embodied earth-connection practices, and generative writing and other prompts, we’ll slow down enough to notice what winter has been quietly shaping in us and what seeds might be asking to tend this spring.
This gathering invites us to realign our bodies, imagination, and intention with the intelligence of spring—moving away Empire time and the urgency of productivity and back toward the rhythms of the seasons.
What is emerging? What seeds are planted in you? What are you pollinating? Where is balance being invited?
No prior writing experience needed—Come as you are; bring a pen (and maybe some colored pencils), your body, your truths, and open to whatever words and wilds might be ready to arrive.
